The Bright Star Outstanding Employer Award celebrates businesses that lead the way in creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities. This award recognizes organizations that foster an inclusive workplace culture, empower individuals with disabilities, and provide opportunities for growth, choice, and advancement within their company.
Businesses that have received this award in previous years are not eligible for nomination in 2026.
