If you are interested in issues important to people with developmental disabilities, you are encouraged to attend this meeting and share comments, concerns, and ideas. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. and public comment is scheduled for 11:00 - 11:30 a.m. By request, accommodations such as interpreter services will be provided by the Council to encourage the participation of people with disabilities. The Council generally meets the second Thursday and Friday of each Quarter - February, May, August, and November. Public comment is available at each meeting - times to be determined.

All dates are tentative and subject to change. Any meeting changes are determined and approved by the Council.

WGCDD Rules for Public Comment

Please sign in to speak. It is very important that you sign in so the Chairperson will be aware you want to address the Council.
Speakers are allowed five minutes to address the Council.
The Chairperson will call your name when it is your turn to speak. Please give your name and city for the record prior to speaking about your issue.
The Council will not normally discuss your issue if it is not a listed agenda item, but please know that although a response or solution cannot be offered during comment time, the information given is of great importance. The Council may choose to place your item on a future agenda.

Please note:

Public feedback is a vital part of our group and the council invites all people to participate during the public comment period only, unless called upon by the Chairperson.
