The Bright Idea Grant provides funding for innovative projects and activities that empower people with developmental disabilities and their families throughout Wyoming. We are looking for fresh ideas, creative solutions, and new approaches that help build more inclusive communities and expand opportunities for people to thrive.

Whether you're launching a new initiative, testing an innovative concept, or improving an existing effort in a meaningful way, we want to hear about it. The most successful projects are those that inspire possibilities, strengthen communities, and create positive change.

Projects must support the mission and vision of the Wyoming Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities. Grant funds cannot be used for direct services or durable goods.
