We require all booths to be maintained and staffed during peak conference times below:

Registration, attendees arrive and network 7:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. 

Break 10:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. 

Lunch 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. 

Break 2:00 p.m. –2:15 p.m. 

Wind down before the Banquet Award dinner 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 


Friday, September 20, 2024 

Day 2 Conference

Attendees arrive and network  8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.          

Break 10:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. 

Lunch and Door Prize Raffle, Final Remarks  11:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Hotel accommodations can be found by booking through the Red Lion Hotel and Conference Center directly for a discounted group rate using the group block of WGCDD or Wyoming Developmental Disabilities Conference.
