Vendor Booth – General information:

Booth assignments are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Two registrations per table will be accepted.
Participating vendor staff need to register for the conference. A vendor code for this registration will be provided upon confirmation of vendor space.
Electronic outlets, secure spaced/locked spaces are available on a first come first serve basis.
DOOR PRIZES: We ask all vendors to donate one door prize to the conference.
You and/or your company will be acknowledged as the door prizes are awarded. Please attach a business card to the prize indicating who donated the prize.
All prizes will be kept in a locked area by council staff. Upon registration check-in, please give your prize to registration staff.
Set up: Vendors can set up their exhibits beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday September 18, 2024 and anytime after that.
Take down: The conference concludes around 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2024. The last chance individuals have to enter for door prizes is after the last breakout session, so we ask that vendors not take their exhibits down until after the last breakout session, or about noon on Friday.
Cost:
For profit: $250
Not for profit: $150
We require all booths to be maintained and staffed during peak conference times below:

Wind down before the Banquet Award dinner 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Day 2 Conference
Attendees arrive and network 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Break 10:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
Lunch and Door Prize Raffle, Final Remarks 11:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Included in the cost:
One (1) 8’x8’ display area, one (1) draped table and two (2) chairs
Registration and access to all preconference and conference sessions for two (2) vendor staff members
Conference provided meals for two (2) vendor staff members
Banquet dinner ticket for two (2)
Not included in the cost:
Travel and hotel accommodations are not included in the vendor space fee.
Hotel accommodations can be found by booking through the Red Lion Hotel and Conference Center directly for a discounted group rate using the group block of WGCDD or Wyoming Developmental Disabilities Conference.
