Welcome to the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work learning opportunity.
The Ticket to Work (TTW) Program works alongside Vocational Rehabilitation and other employment network partners to help individuals with disabilities explore, prepare for, and obtain employment while maintaining access to important benefits like Medicaid or Medicare.
You may qualify for Ticket to Work if you are between the ages of 18 and 64 and receive Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
The program is designed to help you move toward greater financial independence by gradually replacing cash benefits with earnings from employment. Ticket to Work also includes safeguards that allow you to return to your benefits if you are unable to continue working.
